Times may be a little longer if my guests are willing to stay out later. The afternoon float usually offers a spectacular sunset. All Scenic and Birding Floats include ample assorted beverages, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon, Vermont cheddar cheese with crackers and fresh melon. This is served on a table with a table cloth using china and sterling flatware. A location will be chosen which will enable you to enjoy your snacks while using the finest optics available.

Four Hour Fly casting Lessons and Fishing on a Beautiful, Private Club Mountain Top Pond located near Woodstock, Vermont. All equipment and beverage is included. Price: $225 for one or $250 for two

Individual bottled water and iced tea is included with every outing.

Times may be a little longer if the fishing is good and my guests are willing to stay out a little later.

I have been asked many times by guests about tipping. Gratuity is not mandatory but is appreciated. It is usually similar to what you would leave a waiter or waitress based upon if they provide you with good to excellent service.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to a reservation will receive a full refund. If river conditions on the day of your float dictate a cancellation you will receive a full refund.

If you do not elect my meals, try bringing your own food for a streamside barbecue. I will be happy to supply everything needed and also prepare your meal.

Gourmet Lunch Menu

Ample Assorted Beverages such as Bottled Water, Iced Tea and Orange Juice, Soft Baked Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and Fresh melon for snacking. Cabots Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Roquefort Cheese, Smoked Cheese, Carrs Crackers, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon, Sardines in Spring Water, Lemon, Croissants, Pasta Salad, Colorful Garden Salad with Assorted Dressings, French Bread and Large Tenderloin or Rib Eye Steaks Barbecued to Perfection. For Dessert you will enjoy Biscuits or pound cake, Ben & Jerrys Vanilla Ice Cream, Fresh Strawberries and/or Blueberries and freshly whipped cream. As with my cold lunch this is served on a table and tablecloth, chairs, china and sterling flatware, etc. You can be assured I will choose a delightful location for lunch. All food is meticulously chosen and cared for - packed heavily in ice the morning of your float.
